Returns and Exchanges

In the following we are going to explain how the return or exchange of our products works:

  1. Within 14 days you can easily return any of your purchased products.
     

  2. Therefore you need to send us an e-mail (boo@boosurfwear.com) in this 2 weeks. It should include following information:

    – Date of purchase
    – Order number
    – Invoice number
    – Name of returning article
    – Reasons of return
     

  3. Wrap the returning purchase safely in an appropiate package. Attach the garment hangtag and mind to put the product in the correct bag. Either your order needs to contain the old receive or a piece of paper with the same information like in the e-mail you send us before. Otherwise we are unable to allocate your order when it arrives at our storage.
     

  4. Send your package within 14 days at our returning address (starts at the date of cancellation):

  5. As we are a start-up and small company, we are unfortunately unable to cover the shipping charges. Moreover we can’t print returning labels, too. In case you want to return your purchase, insure your package with a courier service of your choice. Small mailings in DIN A4 envelopes can be send as certified mail with insurance.

    No reshipments to differing addresses. For incorrect returned orders we charge a fee of 4,90€
     

  6. As soon as we received your return package, we will test the article for defilement, damage etc. If everything is alright, we refund your money. Refunds are made in the form of original payment.
     

  7. If the total amount of your order (less the return) fall below the free shipping barrier (125€ within Germany, 125 within the EU and 150€ worldwide), we will reserve to charge the standard shipping costs: 4,90€ inside Germany, 10,90€ inside Europe, 16,90€ wordwide.
